Mixing design and procedures: PVA fiber reinforcing is a mechanical, not a chemical process,
The addition of PVA fiber may have an effect on slump, the use of other admixtures may be necessary to maintain both slump and workability.
PVA fiber are added to the mixer after batching the other concrete material, before the addition of water
Mixing time should be a little longer than that without the additional of fibers
The standard application rate for PVA fibers is 1.2kg per cubic mater of concrete
